Outlaw class has changed to Open class

In an effort to get more cars we have changed our Outlaw class to an Open class.

Any motor is allowed. Car weight is 320 minimum.

No cars allowed to run multiple classes on the same day. Drivers are allowed to run more than one class if they have multiple cars.
